Efficient Visitor Management Control at Principality Stadium and Twickenham Stadium
With SkyVisitor software from Safetynet
The SkyVisitor software may not make an appearance on the big screen…but you’ll certainly find it running in the background for checking in staff, contractors and stewards.
Safetynet Solutions have always understood the potential that software solutions can offer venue management – that’s why their SkyVisitor software is a trusted solution for key venues in the UK, including Liverpool Football Club, The Roundhouse, Twickenham Stadium and Principality Stadium.
SkyVisitor in the Six Nations
The stadium was looking for a quick and efficient process for checking in staff, contractors and stewards on match days across multiple check-in locations with an auditable record of those attending site. With the use of SkyVisitor, the venue now benefits from speedy check-in of all stewards on match days via scanning of their ID cards. They also use two check-in locations to maximise the flow of staff, contractors and stewards to site; one at their main reception and the other via touch screen tablets on match days. The site is extremely happy with this new efficient process.
About Principality Stadium:
Since opening in June 1999, the Millennium Stadium has welcomed on average, over 1.3 million visitors per year. It was the first venue in the UK to offer a fully retractable roof and hosts up to 74,500 fans on match days.
The venue uses SkyVisitor on numerous computers to check-in visitors, contractors staff and temporary personnel. The system also allows the venue to check-in multiple pre-booked visitors for group meetings and conferences via the upload of an Excel spreadsheet – creating a speedy check-in on arrival and significantly cutting down on administration time.
About Twickenham Stadium:
The largest dedicated rugby union ground in the world; Twickenham Stadium is the home of England Rugby and seats 82,000 spectators.
